Community Hospital Housing

Sampson Construction partnered with Community Hospital McCook to build a new 18,840-square-foot apartment building in downtown McCook. This thoughtfully designed facility meets the housing needs of visiting physicians, clinical students, and other healthcare professionals working at the hospital. 

The housing facility features welcoming community spaces to encourage interaction and connection among residents, as well as a selection of modern one- and two-bedroom apartments, each offering a comfortable and functional living environment. The project aims to strengthen the community’s ability to support healthcare professionals and enhance access to quality housing for the hospital’s workforce.
