Madonna Lincoln Hospital Expansion & Renovation

Sampson Construction is continuing our relationship with Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals to execute and construct  a new multi-million dollar addition and renovation project on the Lincoln, Nebraska campus. The project encompasses a 114,000 SF addition and 26,800 SF renovation. The renovation consists of 50,000 square feet of improvement to outpatient registration along with administrative and support areas. The expansion is a 3-story patient wing and features 59 new and modernized state-of-the-art patient suites, on-site family amenities, a new recreation therapy area, a kitchen, and dining spaces. While the renovation has been completed, the expansion of the new wing is currently under construction and is expected to be fully functioning in early 2023.
