Central Community College Kearney Center

Central Community College (CCC) Kearney Center is a new precast and steel structure with high detail architectural elements. The lighting, architectural panels and diverse amount of different finishes set this building apart from any facility in the area. The 65,000 SF building consists of learning spaces with natural lighting in almost all classrooms centered around energy conservation. The sound and electronics throughout each space are state-of-the-art and will provide a great opportunity for CCC to expand their current distance learning programs. The exterior landscaping consists of bioretention ponds, native grasses and a variety of trees and shrubs.
