Lutz - Tenant Improvement

This new 11,200 project is a build-to-suit office building in Grand Island, Nebraska for Lutz & Company, PC. Roughly one-third of the occupied space consists of offices around the perimeter with the remaining two-thirds consisting of a lobby and central bullpen to house employee workstations. The new building allows for the company to promote collaborative teamwork and serves as a central location for their team to work in.  The building houses offices, a kitchen and conference space. Other interesting features of this project include a wooden architectural structure towering behind the reception area and the company's colors powerfully displayed throughout the office.
