University of Wyoming Campus Modernization

This project included the renovation of 10 occupied buildings on the University of Wyoming campus, in which required a variety of physical and building system improvements. As highlighted in the above campus map and described below, this project represents over 1.2 million SF of the campus. This project required keen trade coordination with several buildings being renovated at one time on a fast-tracked schedule.

Architectural Systems include ADA improvements, finishes related to building systems modifications, acoustical improvements in classrooms and laboratories, laboratory hood replacements and minor reconfiguration of spaces.

Mechanical Systems include: heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, energy management and control systems, domestic hot water systems, distribution systems, steam and chilled water, laboratory hood exhaust systems, heat recovery systems and natural ventilation strategies. Windows, insulation, weatherization, lighting systems, water/sewage systems and safety system controls were other improvements and modifications.
