Buell Stadium Press Box

The project involved a 2,240 SF addition and a 3,584 SF renovation of the Millard Public Schools Buell Football Stadium Press Box. The existing structure featured block walls with concrete beams and an elevated slab, finished with a brick veneer.

For the addition, we utilized block masonry with cold-formed metal joists and a block veneer, complemented by metal panels. The project included updates to enhance the fan experience with improved lighting.

Throughout the project, we maintained constant communication with the school to ensure onsite logistics and safety were prioritized. We received exceptional support from both the field and office teams, which contributed to the project's success.

The project was completed on an active high school campus, adjacent to a busy student parking lot and drop off lane, all the while the stadium and grandstand were in use.
