Raindance River Resort

The RainDance River Resort is part of a 13 acre park with trails, park and golf. Although the RainDance Park is not part of this construction phase, the resort will bring in the fun for lounging and splashing.RainDance River Resort is a one-of-a-kind water park set on five acres. The farming aspects of the neighborhood are incorporated into the water resort through grain bins and center pivot irrigation systems, with water slides tying the water features together. There are multiple areas for kids and adults alike to keep everyone busy all summer long. The pool house will have concessions and locker rooms. The resort will be ready for use by Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland and neighboring communities’ residents by the summer of 2020.
