Ameritas Post Office Renovation

The Ameritas Post Office was a renovation of a former United States Postal Service building built in the late 1950s. The inside and outside of the building were entirely modernized to fit the needs of Ameritas for use as office space for its employees. New carpet was installed in the entire space with wooden trim all around. An open area that is used as Ameritas’ trading space is surrounded by glass walls. The break room utilizes barn doors and the ceiling is exposed and painted, giving it an industrial feel. Additional square footage was added when the loading dock was enclosed. The opposite end of the of the building also received a small addition. A new roof was installed along with new HVAC units for complete modernization of the building.
