Cheyenne Hills Church

This 15,500 SF addition and 6,000 SF renovation was accomplished through a design-build contract method. Our team worked with Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects to design and build a cost effective and high-quality facility for the church. The addition consisted of a new sanctuary, fellowship area, restrooms, green room, video editing room and mechanical/electrical rooms.

The exterior of the addition contains stucco, brick and metal panel veneers to match the existing facility. The existing sanctuary was renovated into two story classrooms and a new kitchen. A coffee bar was put into the existing fellowship area along with a new family restroom. Since the church’s water utilizes a well in lieu of the city’s water, a tank was then buried for the fire suppression system.
