Fiserv Fourth Building

This 70,000 SF, 3-story building, provides space for nearly 300 employees. The building’s layout consists of open and individual office areas, conference rooms, computer labs and a break room area connected to the campus’s center building. The office partitions have integral raceways and multiple HVAC zones. This layout allows for easy modifications and campus growth.

Parking for the entire campus was reconfigured with the addition of this building to the Fiserv Campus. The brick and limestone clad structure has many distinct features, while still maintaining a resemblance to the other campus buildings. A curtain wall system and aluminum sunscreens add architectural interest to the east and west facades. The main lobby has cherry wood and stainless steel walls and ceiling panels that rise up to the second floor atrium.
