One Vista Office Park

This unique 56,000 SF office building contains a basement for storage and mechanical space, two levels of office space and a third level which features a kitchen, boardroom, dining, conference rooms and a rooftop terrace area.

There are a variety of special details and attributes of this project. Some of the highlights include the white metal panel exterior and subsequent color matching of all other exterior elements; the self-supporting lobby stair with custom wood wrapped stair tread; and the sloping curtain wall at the dining room which overlooks the granite paver terrace.
